BAS-Serco, a Bermudian joint venture company, was established in 1997 between Bermuda Aviation Services (BAS) and Serco Management Services Inc. (a Serco Group Inc. company). Formed in response to Bermuda’s growing demand for outsourced services, BAS-Serco leverages the resources and expertise of a highly regarded Bermuda-based service company and a leading international task management contractor.

BAS has over 50 years of experience delivering services to Bermuda. Originally incorporated to supply a range of aviation and airport services, the company was also empowered to act as agents for the airlines and to provide a variety of their operational requirements.

Today, in addition to its aviation services, the company also operates Bermuda's largest commercial bakery, a vehicle parts distribution company, and a number of retail outlets. From vehicle and aircraft repairs to passenger handling, BAS continues to deliver services of the highest quality.
